Additionally, he is a Diplomate of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, a Fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the American Society of Cosmetic Breast Surgery.

After serving in faculty positions at Johns Hopkins, David Grant, and the University of California, Davis, Medical Centers, Dr. McMenamin entered private practice in Sacramento in 1990. He has become a national leader in the field of cosmetic surgery, serving as President of the California Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and the American Society of Cosmetic Breast Surgery. He has also served as a Trustee of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, and was the 2009 President-elect of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, an international organization headquartered in Chicago, which promotes, supports, develops and encourages the science, art and practice of cosmetic surgery. It is the only academy devoted exclusively to the practice of cosmetic surgery.

She completed her pathology residency at the Medical College of Georgia, now known as Augusta University followed by a one-year fellowship training in cytopathology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York. Dr Aggarwal is Board Certified by the American College of Pathology in Cytopathology as well as in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.

Dr Aggarwal completed the Intensive Ultrasound Guided Fine Needle Aspiration (USFNA) Advanced Practical Pathology Program through the College of American Pathologists and has been performing USFNA procedures for past three years. She is experienced in a broad range of cytopathology procedures including immediate assessment of imaging-guided/CT-navigational FNAs, body fluid and exfoliative cytology, and surgical pathology. She was on faculty at the Trinity Hospital for four years specializing in genitourinary pathology and USFNA clinic procedures.

Her special interests are head and neck, salivary gland, thyroid, genitourinary and gastrointestinal pathology. Dr Aggarwal has published several articles in the field of surgical as well as cytopathology and she is an active committee member in College of American Pathology.

Dr Aggarwal is married and has two sons. Her hobbies include spending time outdoors with her husband and two sons, cooking, painting and handcrafting.
